Don't give away more value in an agreement than the price at which the overall agreement is being sold

Не могу разобраться... Не цените соглашение ниже, чем цена, по которой оно заключается (продается)?????

could mean a whole manner of things

e.g., if you're the seller:
"don't disclose any figures other than the price of the agreement"
"don't disclose any information (e.g. know-how) that could be used by the buyer to extract more value from the document than the price you're selling it for"
"don't undersell"

if you're the buyer:
"don't reveal that you are able/willing to pay more than the asking price"

Не отдавай по договору больше, чем стоит весь договор (чем сумма/цена договора, и т.п.)
Наверное, полезные советы коммерсанту?
Чтоб в погоне за сделкой не увлекался и не отдавал клиенту больше (услуг, товаров, данных, знаний и т.п.), чем оправдано суммой договора.
