Ocвободить агента от обязательств , принятых им на себя перед третьим лицом по исполнению настоящего договора,путем перевода долга Агента на свое имя , или если третье лицо не даст согласия на перевод долга,путем исполнения обязательства от имени агента , или с согласия Агента , путем возмещения расходов Агента на исполнение обязательства.мой вариант To release an Agent from an obligation assumed before the third party on execution of this Agreement, by transferring the debt of the Agent in his name, or if the third party does not give consent to the transfer of the debt by execution of the obligation on behalf of the agent , or , with the consent of the Agent , through cost recovery of the Agent in the performance of an obligation. |

the Agent (если там конкретный агент) . ну, например: release the Agent from its obligations to a third party with respect to performance of this Agreement by novating (through novation of) the Agent's debt in [its] name вместо "its" лучше конкретизировать, на имя кого переоформляется долг, иначе можно понять, что на имя Агента |
