1.1. The Supplier undertakes, within the term of this Contract, to deliver to the Buyer or to another person (Consignee) upon his written instruction, veterinary products and veterinary and zootechnic goods, hereinafter referred to as the "Goods", in batches in assortment, quantity, at the price and on the terms of delivery specified in shipping documents or specifications, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay for it in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
1.2. The Supplier guarantees that at the time of the conclusion of the present Contract, as well as delivery, the Goods belong to the Supplier on the basis of ownership, is not in dispute or under arrest, is not a subject to pledge, is not burdened by any obligations to third parties.
1.3. All Goods received by the Buyer from the Supplier during the period of validity of the Contract, is considered to be delivered under this Contract, unless otherwise specified in the shipping documents.
