Раздел Dividends.

The Board of Directors shall have full power to determine whether any, and, if any, what part of any, funds legally available for the payment of dividends shall be declared as dividends and paid to stockholders; the DIVISION of the whole or any part of such funds of the Corporation shall rest wholly within the lawful discretion of the Board of Directors, and it shall not be required at any time, against such discretion, to DIVIDE or pay any part of such funds AMONG or to the stockholders as dividends or otherwise; and before payment of any dividend, there may be set aside of any funds of the Corporation available for dividends such sum or sums as the Board of Directors from time to time, in its absolute discretion, thinks proper as a reserve or reserves to meet contingencies or for equalizing dividends...etc. etc.

Прошу обратить внимание на выделенные мной фрагменты: не имеет ли здесь division и divide значение "распределять" (а не "делить")? В пользу такого предположения говорит фраза "AMONG or to the stockholders"...
