точный эквивалент конечно существует :-) "Указанные [выше] Акции" это не какой-то особый термин, а обычное словосочетание |

| A nascent way of avoiding sexist language: "If any share holder wishes to transfer ITS shares in the Company..."? Never seen "its" to be used instead of sexist "his" and "her". "They" has become commonplace these days, but never "its." What do you think? |

shareholder is not necessarily a person a comapny can be a sharholder as well |
| В договорах как раз чаще пишут IT/ITS, будь то Кредитор, заемщик, компания, акционер и т.д. Так принято. |
