Subject: to claim a lien over the assets Should this Agreement be determined for any reason XXX shall, if required, hand over the Company records and any title documents of the Company's assets or obligations provided that XXX shall be entitled to claim a lien over the assets, books and records of the Company in respect of any monies payable to XXX.

| Навряд ли арест. Если речь идет о двух компаниях, то это скорее право удержания. Компания не отдаст вам ваши документы, пока вы ей не заплатите за оказанные услуги... :-) |
